I cannot see the item that i bought in the item mall on my inventory

I find all this extremely hard to believe, we've never had a case of credits missing and no log being generated in the additem system. We even checked on our end and there's no record of an item purchase at all.

You currently have 50 credits which seems like the standard calling card of a new account voted on once.

And while we're on the subject the character Ayang is all but naked in newbie gear, it seems rather suspicious that you would send an ABG helmet to a character like that.

To be honest I'm just not buying it, you're welcome to submit a case via email to [email protected] with your donation receipt/information however I suspect that will be mysteriously absent.
