    skill add on is in npc skill, you can add in there
    (skill add on is not skill upgrade)

    I have same problem.
    How did you complete "How tto perfect your skill"quest?
    I can't complete it. Even after raising the character again, I had the same problem.

    Oh!! I got it!!

    1. Meet "Skill instructor NPCs " in village. ( ex : Sarma Anin, Tachros the Kind Tutor, Cruhorn Wyrmsbane etc)

    2. talk with NPC.

    3. That's all!!!
