I Cant Connect Server Plss Help!!!

    i can't connect to the server when i type my acc and pass i have a message like this "You cannot access the game through this IP. (22) please can someone help me :(

    it means either ur account or ur IP have been banned, go submit a ban appeal with your account name and all your character names and they can tell u what u have been banned for (and if they can unban u) ^^
