Actually to add on this problem. i got the same situation since 8/20. and now its been 6 days.

i think it is enough for anyone to say that im patient enough to them to look upon my account.

i already sent pms too Maam Alente, Tyman etc..

However. Still i got the same status from the very 1st day i reported and untill now. i still cant play. While all my friends from the old shop im playing are enjoying killing asmos everyday.
NOthing to do so i just watch them play while waiting for a update which idk if when its gonna happen.

I always check it everyday and almost every hour for update but none.

Some of the accounts who complained of this kind of problem was released already.

Mine was already 6 days.
i hope they would really look up on this coz tomorrow will be the 7th day waiting.
Imagine your waiting for something on every min that you dont know if it ever comes.
please give just a little time.

You've got no hope, same thing happened to my brother during the time that GM went rogue, and since then my brother tried contacting every single ADMIN/GM and its been 3 months and no one even answered him, only time they seem to answer its when its about donations so try that

i think theyre just busy right now and i can understand that but i hope they could peek at my case and somehow resolve it as fast as they could coz its been 7 days already. But we cannot force them to like jump on our problems that instant since there are problems which already occurred ahead of us making them to prioritize it 1st.

I still hope i can play my account again. its really sad just watching my friends playing while im just there beside them:sad:
