I cant enter in my account

Look, when i write my account , it says "This Account is Already logged in" , I do it again and i can enter, but when i press "Agree" It Says "Failed to Connect to the Game Server" , And after that The Aion Crashed .
I dont know what i have to do, please help me :s . I did a new character , and i can enter in this, in the legion, i can see my character Online, so please, if one GM see this bug, please , KICK Moontee , from the server . Because if one GM kicks me, Ill can enter again..
