I can't gather with my Cleric

Hello, I seem to have some issue, I am a bit confused. I have a Cleric, she could gather Azpha before now she can't gather it. Now i'm in Altgard and she can't gather she small vortex either... My Spiritmaster could before and I can't find the Quartermaster to buy the morph scrolls to learn how to gather other items like Salix Log for quests and such.


Why I can't gather?
I also went to Temple of Tailors and learned some of the skills over there, is this the problem why I can't gather? Can I reverse this?

Please someone explain to me, I've tried to find online about gathering how to improve but I'm still confused and all guides I read don't seem specific enough for me to understand.
