i cant log in all of my character -_-

its more than 5 minutes but still i cant enter my cleric its always said that "Preparing to reconnect the selected character"

 

Like I said earlier to a few people in game earlier, kindly send an unstuck request on www.gamezaion.com. After you send a request, please wait for a while as it does not unstuck characters/accounts right away. It takes a while for a reboot.

i have the same problem, cant login with any of my chars

 

@cavalier just restart your PC

 

If the problem hasn't been fixed yet (even though I'm pretty sure it has), you can try logging in now.
