I cant Log In my Account

i cant log in my account i tried another account and it successfully log in... i think im stuck in a certain map and relog but unable to go back in the game\
Any GM who could help me with this Problem

 

Go to Gamez Aion site and log in to your account. Then go to My Characters and choose Unstick to the character you believe it's stuck. A staff member will check your request as soon as possible.

been waiting for awhile now its now evening here

 

Waiting is really annoying and I get that, but most people in staff work voluntarily and they have real jobs too, so they can't be 24/7 online. But I can't blame you for wanting to play! I would too! Try to be patient and I am sure you'll soon be back to gaming!

 

they weren`t able to fix it do i have to request to unstuck it again?
I can able to log in my account but i cant log to the certain character needed to unstuck

Do you remember in which map your character got stuck?

 

its some kind of an event map i cant get out so i tried to relog than this happened

It's ok... we'll eventually solve this, don't worry! Can you please log in another character on the same account and type in /say this command -> .fix Ayvel (where "Ayvel" you obviously add the IGN of the stuck character) Then try to log in again...
