I cant log.in

I was changing password to my account then i confirmed it into my email

When I log.in back , I cant open it now


I hope someone will help me

Does it give you the message "invalid passwort/login ?"

 

Make sure your password doesn't have any "special" symbols such as: !@#$%^&*.
If it does, you'll need to change it again, otherwise the game will not let you login.

What happens exactly when you try to login ? Does the message pop :" Invalid password/username" ? Or what happens exactly ?

Xikoaoyama is referring to when you login ingame. What is the error message that appears?

You could always go change your password again and add a letter in. Just numbers password might be what's causing the issue.

 

It say that ' ID or Password doesnt match

 

Are you sure you didnt write anything wrong ? I mean maybe you wrote your password wrong, if not try to change your password (but you need your password to change it which might be problematic)

else send a mail to [email protected] with your problem.
