I can't log into my account and followed the solution already.

I've followed the solution on the forum, but it doesn't work.

10. Incorrect Username or Password
Make sure to type the username and password in the exact same way you registered to the system. If there is no typo and the password is indeed correct but the error persists, tick the "Remember" box.

I still get the incorrect password or user ID when I click start within the game.

 

Hmmm, where is the issue occurring? Are you playing BDO or AION?
If you can log into the website you can always just make a new password.

 

Make sure remember me is ticked on

 

Try to log-in your account in website first. If problem still persists, click forget password. Reset your password through verification in connection to your email address registered in your account.
