i cant login in server please help!

the problem with internet cafes is that you can trust them to be able to run your game everyday because other *****es get to mess with it too...
obviously your connection is lacking of something.................. idk try to talk to the guys there and see if they had been messing with the connection

i can login in my notebook, but cant login in my desk computer :s

this is what happened:
today morning, I login to play and I appeared "you are from the game server Disconet" on my desktop. (yesterday playing in a cyber).
copy the client on my notebook and I get into my account without problems.
but when I go from my desktop, I said "you are Disconet from the game server" before you can choose the characters.
the Lumiel I can get from my desktop computer.
any game master that I can fix the problem?.
to other servers I can get quiet.

I am having the same issue with seil, it was working fine for me but just one day I keep getting the same message the original poster is getting, it just happened without any warning, I can log in lumiel and play there just fine.

And yes I can log in from my friends house but not from my pc, so the character isnt stuck.

What I believe is its an IP Address issue some sort of auto its like the server recognizes that the first PC is still connected to seil not through the account but through other means, which explains that even if you try logging using another Account you'd still receive the same message.

Restarting the router doesn't help, neither is re-installing the whole game over, I've tried everything and nothing seems to work.

I've sent an unstuck request more than 24 hours ago and there is no progress ...

If this drags any longer then I guess its off to some other server.

 

No replies .... I assume this matter cannot be resolved well I had fun in GamezAion but I think its quitting time now, have fun everyone and I hope you don't get caught up in the same issue that I did.

Most likely a Client Version is causing this Issue , your cyber cafe has either not updated it's Aion clients or has fully updated them to 2.6.
Go to C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion and find version.ini , open that and tell us what version your client is.
For now , you can try downloading this. It's a .rar file which contains a .bat file , you have to place the .bat in C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion and launch the game through it , just like you did with the gamezaion launcher. If that doesn't work and if your Client's Version is not 2.5.x.x , all you can do is ask from the cyber cafe owner to let you follow this guide if your client is 2.6 or update your client through the NCSoft launcher then follow the guide again cause it will update to 2.6.
