I can't login to servers from Europe

Hello,

I have got a problem. I want play on your servers. Today I downloaded ncsoft aion client, download game a installed. I download GamezAion launcher, copy it to folder with game, install and run. I update game in this GamezAion launcher a started game. Game loaded a long time (aboat 1 minute, but it is normal in Aion). I wrote login informations and login. But game not show me servers or characters. Just running animation in some dungeon maybe. This animation plays again and again and again. I shut down game with CTRL ALT DELETE.

I have new laptop with windows 8 64bit. Can be win 8 problem?
Intel Core i7
Nvidia Geforce GT750 4gb
8gb RAM
1000Gb 5400RPM hard disk.

I have at home Wi-Fi and I plays on this network.

BTW: My friend have this same problem. He lives in next street and have win 8 too. We are living in Slovakia (middle Europe near Poland and Hungary )

Option A: You downloaded the EU Gameforge client (see if there's a Gameforge + NCsoft logo as you log into the game). You need to get the North American one which is currently ver. 4.5.

Option B: You're updated to Aion 4.5, follow this guide to be able to play on our servers.

 

I am going to try Option B. I will write here if it helped me.
