I can't login to the game...please help me, thanks !

Hello all, I downloded today the aion private server client...I installed it, setted north america at settings...but when I launch the game at the login screen I write my id and password and it says "you are disconeced from game" or id or password did not match...Im sure I know my id and pw because i logged in to the website without problems...so what could I do ? Please help me....oh and I have a friend he downloaded the game too...we did all things in the same way and its working for him but not for me...please dont ignore my post....thanks so much, regards... zol3x

P.S.My id in game is zol3x ..........

 

the server updated earlier today, so you couldn't login when it was down

if your name or password include any special characters other than letters and numbers, it will always say they don't match because special characters corrupt in the database

make sure you are running the game using the gamez launcher and not ncsoft launcher, otherwise you are trying to login to retail
