I cant open Launcher

    Hi all I have a problem when trying to open the launcher of aion gamez I get an error saying GamezLauncher has encountered a problem and must close and re-install the launcher a few times and still work just as well: S

    just try to open it many times , close - open , close-open
    That solves mine when i get the error
