Solved I CANT RECIEVE THIS QUEST

SOME OF THOSE EVENT STAFFS NPC (RED ARROW) ARE GIVING QUEST AFTER WE FINISHED A NORMAL QUEST(I DONT KNOW WHAT QUEST IS IT BUT I RECIEVE BLACK CLOUD WINGS FEATHER AFTER MY QUEST IN HEIRON)... THEN WITH THIS [Event] Robot`s Energy (LVL60-65)QUEST CANT REVEAL IN EVENT STAFFS NPCs....CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT ARE THOSE NEEDED QUEST TO GET THIS [Event] Robot`s Energy (LVL60-65) IN EVENT STAFF NPC...

I'm trying to figure out what you're trying to say...
Do you have Robot Energy in your inventory? Or do you need to get them to complete a quest?
If it's a quest, can you tell me the name of the quest?

 

Maybe you need to run any dungeon, I'm trying to find which event npc you visited but i can't find that quest. - Other thing I'm guessing is: your inventory for overflown and you can't see the item (in case you own it already) half-empty your inventory and auto arrange it, pressing the button in your bottom right area of inventory. Just in case.

I tried to teleport to Hairinerk (the NPC that gives it) but I couldn't, which means that NPC does not exist. Moreover, these red [event] quests are not coming from us, they appear on special occasions and they are from ncsoft. Most of the time they are bugged and it's a rare case that one of them works. As of now, this quest does not exist. Here's the quest .
