I cant start the game

Hi
I have problem to start the game
Yesterday I played about 2 hrs(new version)
When I selected customization, crash occured and I cant start the game-Access denied
I tried to delecte cache folder but it doesnt work
force check doesnt work too
delete game folder & Gamezbd folder(in Documents) and re-download, filnallizing, but cant start
below is the message 0E02 00000005(Access Denied)
Someone said me change value of gamezbd.status in folder(2886 folder, game path) from 0 to 1, there is no change

 

+I tried vpn already through Canada IP

 

What antivirus are you using? Have you set exceptions already? This error usually has something to do with SmartGuard conflicting with antiviruses.

 

Naver vaccine.
I turn off this but not work, same error

 

I had a similar error and file check did the trick, it was corrupted files.
Go to your GameZBD/Log and open the last files (by date/hour) named client and startup (both txt). Try to figure out what is the error mentioned there. If you need help, post it here and I'll try to help you figure it out. Usually a force check or delete of cache folders would fix it.

 

Try running the launcher as administrator.

 

That's the first step.
