I forgot my GamezBDO account name or maybe the password an can't reset

every time I try reset it sends me a confirmation email with a link that sends me back to the ''insert your email to reset'' page again HELP

There is no problem with the system as long as you know how to do so. Once you request to reset the password it sends confirmation email "Password change request", this confirmation leads you back to the password reset window but there is another message "Account details sent to your email!". Check your email again and you will notice there is another link with your account details: username and password.
