I have a donation reward issue

Hi i have donate with my paypal using my paypal at pay ment wall system.. i have using it before and i have a long historial donation .... witout problem now my bro and me have donated and have been 24 hours and no reward yet...

what can i do.... i loved the old way lautaro gmail directly to paypal... more efective....plz guide me what to do....i want my credits u.u ........... ym char is Hian .... u can check out donation history ............thank u hope a soon answer.... have a nice day and sorry for my bad english is my 3rd languaje....them little hard

 

some people said paymntwall took them up to 3 days to actually process it, id say just wait longer. theres no harm in waiting a day or 2 really

edit: any1 know why the hell u cant say paymntwall in full? ridiculous filters

 

I've donated with Paymntwall and the credits were added in less than 5 minutes tho..
Perhaps wait as Smartik said.. Or just PM carl or email him regarding this issue.

 

for me if i didnt get credits right away then *********** was doing their anti fraud hold. if u send then a pic of ur id u should get the credits the same day or the next day

 

they usually say to wait for 48 hours and then fill out a form (which is dead right now, just checked). theres another way to check if the payment actually made it

last week i donated and is true i got my 2500 k in less than 5 minuts... and after donated for my wife and she got too fast now is my first issue after 5 or 7 donations.... them i know is not a admin fault .. i jjust ask a guide to someone who know what exactly do for start..... thanks guys..... hope admin show me how to do it ... and atm ill try with Smartik1 recomendation ***thanks men ***

 

well sometimes paymntwall (or any other really) check transactions for fraud and stuff and put them on hold for a while (could be coz u make so many of them to this place + some people get refunds from this place) so it takes them longer than usual. if the money doesnt arrive at gamez coz it wasnt even sent, u cant get credits

sometimes it just takes longer, like the fact that its weekend

 

I've also donated with paymntwall and the credits were just added after i donated.

But i can used paymntwall only for 2x, then after 3days, i can donated again
