I have been banned.

Dear Admin/s,
Today I tried playing Gamez Aion and It said "You Cannot Access The Game With This IP". I realised that i was Banned. I searched up the forum for a post against me and found one. http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f192/sanity-wall-shooting-83789/ That is the link. I am sorry but I didnt know that I could kill a character from outside the walls. I was roaming around Teminon Fort randomly targeting the enemy NPCs and Players using the TAB key. It suddenly started shooting the players i targeted (I did not press any buttons on my keyboard). And without knowing that the action was bannable, i kept shooting. I am sorry if i have done something wrong, All i want to say is that I did not do this purposely and I didnt know that this was bannable. I hope you can forgive me and please unban my IP address, I will never try it again. I really like this game.
