Guys , this dude is here not to listen to your Assumptions. He needs help and a GM has to check his log or smthing. This situation may happen to anyone of u guys.

All i can do is tell the other staff members about ur problem.. and they will decide. I'm just a moderator , i can't do anything even if i want to. (Not that i would give items either before making sure u lost ur items)
And now because i don't believe u but because if i would do that , everyone would lie and say he/she lost his items to get free stuff.. and with what excuse? "GM/ADMIN U GIVE THIS GUY HIS ITEMS BACK WITH NO PROOF WHY U NO GIVE ME NOW???!!! NOOB SERVER UNFAIR GMS BLA BLA"

And now , because i'm hearing too much stuff , i will ask YOU guys.

What would YOU do in this situation? Give items without proof? That would be stupid , everyone would abuse it and get free items after some QQing.
All this guy can do is contact carl himself.. only he can access the characters database. The rest of the staff members are unable to help , even if they decide to. (They can give items , but that wouldn't be a solution as i mentioned above , u could get scammed again)

Did you register with ur email at some page and used the same password ur email has?
There are many pages that ask from you to login with ur email , to put ur real password to login. Those pages can steal passwords (ok that's ridiculous , they wouldn't play aion i know)
