    it takes a bit for it to be sent to you, just log your char and wait for it

    i dont think it could work, he could have got a screenshot, got the title, passed to another char via account warehouse and say "omg i havent got it". thats not a reliable proof for it. but im quite sure he will get his item, just need some minutes :D
