I have problem on moving camera

@Smartik (more so than the op) Maybe mouse drivers or something similar like windows not thinking the mouse works with AION? If it is every character and options are fine, I don't really think it is possible for an account or character / client issue (which is possible) but instead of this guy having to re-download aion.

What operating system / mouse / etc.... More options!

Dunno, I've never really had mouse issues with aion, other stuff yea, but it was my actual mouse software which caused it =X

Smartik would know better though, I just know that repairing takes a while and if that isn't the problem.

 

He said his mouse is perfectly functional and right click works ingame on npcs and other stuff so it is working. I have never seen corrupt mouse drivers in my life. ANd yes I did say it is not a character or account issue since it affects all of them. Just eliminating the possibility that his character options got screwed up (like people ticking the disable click to move box and saying they cant move etc)

EDIT: I might try switching between windowed/fullscreen/fullscreen window modes to see if any of them work.

 

Smartik1, i deleted the clinet and redownloaded it but still the problem not fixed

 

Last thing I can think of is deleting the registry entry since that keeps hardware info and doesn't get removed when you delete the client.

Open start menu -> Run (on win xp, otherwise just type into the search box in the start menu) -> regedit

Once there, locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Aion and delete the entire Aion "folder" there (or the client subfolder, doesn't matter really)

It will get recreated the next time you run the game
