I have something complained of some GM in game

I am complained about some gm here in games aion server not all but some of them.
sorry for that conversation, but i need to tell this to you
some of you are lazy not responsibilities to the no action for the player problem
i have many time to asked for help but they didn't help me sometimes gagging me to chat
Ignore me, except to one GM Puddles he/she help me something but some of there CO-gm are Ignored me
why>?
i have question of your guys
1. what is your responsibilities in game and to the played?
2.how can help player for any problems?
3. how can suggest played for good rules?
4. and can handle your name as a gm in this server?
5.in your application to apply a gm here can do that?
