    does anyone know how to inform me how can I be fixing the problem that the character is falling below the map?
    my game is located on mine (ssd).
    this occurs when some kind of loading happens (change character, .rescue, traveler's map, escape)

    Is this happening with frequency? Have you tried to check your game files?
    To do so, open your GamezBD Launcher than click Settings, after that choose "Force Check" and let the Launcher finish.

    Try reinstall launcher. If you need further assistance, create your own thread with as many information as you can provide.
