How long does it take? I donated via paypal. Is there a specific turn around time and depending on how much was donated?

the amount of money you donated for will not influence the time it requires on giving you the "tokens" you deserve...the MAX you have to wait for it's around 48h, if in 48h you will not receive your tokens then contact super-rewards system explaining your situation...usually it takes some mins or ours if the transiction is successful.

yes this is normal u will get ur credits in few hrs or if ur unlucky in 24 hrs =)

It's usually right away with a relog or a few hours, but it can take up to 48 hours to credit to your account. If it passes 48 hours, contact super rewards, with your receipt, and they should be able to help you.

Check your email for confirmation of your payment. this is your receipt.

 

3 attempts, no emails so far.
2 via paypal and 1 via skrill still no emails.

 

the last one you did that you should send after 48h if you still will not receive your creds...about this talk in PM and not in public to any BDO staff member

 

If paypal did not send you any email, then it's likely that your payment did not go through.

So you mean if there is no email confirmation as soon as I tried to pay, then it won't go through? no need to wait for 48hours?
Are there any other payment methods? My friend in game told me that they can use a local mobile prepaid in Philippines but I dont see those options (Globe, Smart etc)

 

Paypal sends email confirmation. My advice is to contact them to see if it did or not, or your bank.

 

Please mark this as resolved. Super rewards sucks for real sorry for the word. Paypal had no issues, my bank also had no issues but super rewards on the other hand kept on pending my payment.
Used a different payment method which is RIXTY / MOL points and worked flawlessly. Hoping to get a tier 9 horse from my breeding soon lol!
