i just lost my new beach hat...

let me go straight to the point...

i bought a new beach hat awhile ago... here's the proof.

then... i remodelled my archon squad leader's headband using the beach hat... it was a success. everything was ok until i clicked seksy's personal store... this one:


then boom... i got disconnected right away. then i logged in only to find out that my helm went back to its normal form. and yes, the beach hat was nowhere to be found.

as much as i want to show you guys some SS and logs... i can't. i'm only playing in an internet shop and each unit has deep freeze in it and i wasn't expecting this to happen.

GMs... this may just be another pain-in-the-ass problem but i'm hoping that you guys will spare a little of your time to reply. thank you in advance...

 

Several people also complained about the loss of donation items, mainly summer suits and items like that.I will inform the staff about this

OMG I hope mine won't disappear. I think it's the swimsuits disappearing after the update.

or, for now, don't use it as a remodel. Mine has been like that for a more than a week and it doesn't disappear at all.

 

I would also recommend editing that first SS to cover your account name
