I keep disconnecting

Hey! Im new in Gamez and just downloaded last week
but within the week i kept getting disconnected while afk i disconnect after an hour or later and while playing i disconnect randomly, i tried re installin and force check but game disconnects still persists, please help.

2. If you have ADSL, switch to optic fiber.
3. Uninstall Avast or whichever antivirus that may cause trouble to the game and install Malwarebytes (mal+win defender is meta) and put the game's folder in exceptions.
4. If your specs; CPU, graphic card and RAM are bad, get better ones.
Please give more info if possible. Like: “this doesn't happen with any other game" or “I have bad internet connection", your specs, etc

 

ok so
i play black dessert in ..."other" private server before and those servers did not dosconnect, same as ..."other".
i use a laptop and use bit defender as my anti virus but atm its turned completely off! i have a 940 nvidia graphics card and intel i7 core my laptop can run games perfectly fine with ocassional lags but no disconnects.

So it may be your ping or other reason.

 

Just wanted to say that BitDefender is notoriously known for interferring in GamezBD code.
@Kolka our resident problem solver and one of the Developers, has said that the only way to stop it from intereferring is to uninstall it completely.
As @CLANNADaniel mentioned, Windows Defender is quite up to the task of keeping your system virus-free, nowadays there is no need for extra third party anti-virus programs, once upon a time there was, but no longer
