I keep getting "Failed the get information from Marketplace"

    My wife posted a PEN Kzarka Staff to market that I was going to buy and got an information error. It has been a few hours of occasional attempts. We have tried relisting the item, changing characters, logging out and in, restarting each computer, removing the Service.ini file and clearing cache but nothing is working.

    There is a 15 Minute wait now, from posting the item to it being purchable...I expect that you already tried waiting?

    Yes, just tried again after about four hours and still getting that message. I can however buy other things, just not what she posted.

    Hmmm, fairnough...I just wanted to make sure, since I am unable to know exactly what you already have done, or know ;)

    Okay, I know it might not work, but if it does then the problem is fixed...so, I suggest that you follow my: Fixing most Problems/Errors link in my Signature below this message. Perhaps running through the short list, on both computers, will show that some update was missing, or something wasn't quite right.

    I really don't know, because I am not there in person, and I haven't heard about this problem before from anyone else. But the "usual problem solving", just might do the trick, so why not try it?
