I lost my Elite Guardian Tribunus's Plate Boots

Hi I was logged in a few hours ago and before I logged off to eat lunch I bought the Elite Guardian Tribunus's Plate Boots and slotted it with 1 attack +5 stone then logged off. A few hours later I log in only to find the boots missing from my character, I tried relogging and checking my inventory/warehouse but it was nowhere to be found. I didn't take any screen shots because I didn't think something like this would happen but I do have the record saved on my chat.txt log.
