I need Admin/Staff who can help me please

I dont want to post here in public about my Forum Account problem since only Admin can fix this via private message. I just wanted this to get some attention to notify some Admins that i need your help. I had a problem about my forum account and i cant login because i forgot my password. I already used Reset Password but I didnt received anything from gamez community regarding my new password. I still have my forum registered mail address. But sadly i just waiting for nothing. I send a private message to alente, carl, lautaro and some staff of the gamez about my problem, and i didnt receive any message from them. I had this problem almost half a year untill now, I just want to take it back my forum account cause i miss it a lot posting and commenting here in forum using my own account. All i want is a new password on my forum account. Hope you guys especially admins help me out on my problem, thanks forward and godbless.
