    HI EVERYONE ..
    i have arb spear and Distorted Dragon Lord's Greed ( EXTENDS )
    what i should combine first i want my arb spear ( Extends ) ?
    also my ARB SPEAR Augment (0/2 ) how can i let it 2/2 i mean from where i can buy augment level 65

    First you can't combine the Distorted Dragon's Lord weapons with Arbiters. The level of the first weapon (DDL) is lower than the Arbiter's.
    About the augment, you can augment items in the Augmenting Npcs. There's one at Sanctum / Pandaemonium.

    Sanctum: NPC Jamatis
    Pandaemonium: NPC Printigel

    do /where npcname to find them
