I need some help

hey guys , i need some help
Some1 entered my account and stoled some items
I tryed to change my password , but i cant because this account has been made on my old email which also was stoled (and i cant get it back)
I did an account with my current email , and this was a bad decision
My question is : Can i delete this account( the new1 without characters) and change the email for that account with all my characters ? ( so i can have this account on my current email and change the password anytime)
If yes , how ?

no matter how many times i read this, im still not completely sure what it is ur asking. i dont see how ur email would get hacked just as a game account would. if u cant use either, u cant prove the account is urs so u most likely wont get it back (the one with characters)

as for the freshly made one, most people would tell u to just make a new one using whichever email u actually have access to so u can change the password later

 

He only wants to change the email of his first account (the one which was scammed) for his new email, because his old email was hacked too, I think he only has a bad luck(?

 

the thing is if he cant access the account or the email, he is gonna have a pretty hard time proving the account is his. most likely a net cafe user too, even harder.

ull have to ask alente to change the email as it cant be done manually, however ull need a lot of proof to show its really ur account

 

I can acces my account , only items disspeared , the pass hasn't been changed
The problem is , when i try to change the password , it sends a mail on my old hacked email , so i cant accept it
All i want is changing the email without accesing that mail , coz i cant
