I was in morheim the other day and I was solo. I killed a ranger and two chanters that were chasing me. All three of them had star ranks (chanters were both 1 star and the ranger was 3 star). It wasn't easy and it took about 5 minutes of chasing, weaving, kiting and waiting for potions and skills to cool-down. I wish I recorded it on fraps but yea, a well geared and well skilled glad can take on 2-3. Again, it depends on how you play your cards.

To Mr. TS, i suggest you make a glad and a templar. I've experienced both and IMO, temps are very useful if you're solo-ing. But in a large group, you're going to be the pawn. Inescapable Judgement + stun is basically what you're going to be doing since UD is not totally fixed. You'll just stay in the front line stunned or even feared (SM fear skill :wink while your pack does the killing and ap farming for you. A glad really is not as thick as a temp. Even if you use a shield, nothing compares to a Templar's buffs (Iron Skin FTW!) however, if you wanna be one of the guys that does the killing, go for a gladiator. I've seen gladiators, including mine, kill a well geared ranger and sorc in 4 or 3 critical hits. I remember dishing out 5k crit damage to a sin in heiron using Final Strike.

It really depends on your taste. On a 1v1 fight, if you're the kind of guy that likes to withstand pressure until you kill your enemy, go for training a templar but if you're the kind of guy that likes to dish-out insane damages, go for a glad.

 

Want smart advice? Take your money. Buy Aion acc and play retail.

also, I heard retail has horrible pvp plus I really dont feel like leveling up a glad to 50 that will take 5 months, then It takes another 5 months to get an ANUHART set by doing dp runs 500 times. I really dont see the point of retail when you have this.

if i were you go make templar, a templar with a fully geared ABG is a monster..
1 advice, if you use temp, donate EAT GS, (not ABG cause its bug) EAT has high damage than ABG GS
and ABG MACE+SHIELD

 

thanks for the advice, maybe later but like i said before im making glad final decision. if you want to help me than u can tell me what wep combo should I use for glad?
