I need your opinion guys

What is the best leather set ,the Special Elite Emissary or the Elite Arbiter?
Also which are the best pvp accessories in-game ?
I need guidance.

Well from experience and from my own knowledge, no gear is better on an overall basis than Elite Arbiter. However, Special Elite Emissary Divine (when +20) Does offer breakthrough skills which can be helpful as well as better increased stats such as magical defense, etc. But as @Pediatrician says you can use mouseclic to compare and contrast and finalize your decision

Also the SEA accessories are best in game, however they are not attainable in-game itself you will need to donate for such items or trade between players. Only the Custodian/Shepherds Belt piece is purchasable from the NPC Located in Marchutan Priory / Kaisinel's Academy. The most commonly used and easily to get accessories are the Discordant Accessory pieces (Blood Mark).

 

I already have +5 discordant full set, I need the armor now only. SEE will be , the set is pretty nice.
