Yeah they implemented the reduction on the latest update, who'd buy the new set otherwise.

 

Puddles replied. The level scaling was implemented.

 

Now two handed extendable weapons(provenance) will have a decent fuse, that is what i'm only up to the new gear.

Yes. As Nueve mentioned, there wouldn't be an incentive for getting new gear if Boundless gave full stats.

 

So why arbiter got reduced too ? make us even more shit ? i'm using arbiter set and I lost stats pretty much everywhere
woc 1 also useless, no attack speed at all

 

what's the pvp set before the new gear or BL? i mean lower than the new gear? that should be put in-game for farming. it gives chance to those who can't afford the high price of the newest pvp gears + i dont think ALL BL players wants some EZ kills.. they play pvp server for pvp and not extermination of some weak 5 hits players.

 

I am not the right person to discuss re-balance with. Still don't have the full picture as to why stats changed or whether some of it is just client side visuals or also reciprocated server side. You will have to get more details from Puddles or Carl. Some transparency on stat changes might clear up a lot of the speculation around here.

 

so now, woc 1 + 2 now have less atk speed boost, and BL is weaker so people buy the weaker pvp set for way more money? makes sense.......

Well few things. BL already was the strongest set in 5.0 and it will once again be the strongest set in the next version when level cap goes up. Also, there seems to be conflicting info as to whether this was implemented or not and Puddles then said she doesn't remember and will have to check. Let's see what comes back.

 

I hope these race and class restrictions got removed, make it like BL
