I used "Forgot Password?" and can no longer access my account.

    I am a returning player who seemed to have forgotten his username/password. I used my email for recovery, which successfully gave me my old username and password back. I couldn't sign in, as it said I was providing the wrong information. I used "Forgot Password?" and was sent another email with a new password for my account, with the same user ID. I then attempted to sign in again from my computer and it gave me the same error. My brother was able to retrieve his info and use "Forgot Password?" with no issues, and he was able to sign in using my computer.. this seems to be a problem specifically with my account. Please help, thank you!
