You have to be rank 1 or higher. Not to mention you also have to augment it. Which costs about 200k Abyss points.

Don't see why the rank would be an issue. Rank 1 is easy to get even on retail. Here you can get it in a matter of hours since rank 1 has unlimited number of people having it.

Its not that easy to get a so0o0o0o pro set bro...u need to work hard in game to make it PRO..like SYNKRO said u ned to augment and thats the work u must do gain AP until reach about 200k...and then i think u gonna deserve a HAC Set without just the money

 

AP is really easy to get here and conditioning is not a requirement. It is purely optional and the stat bonuses gained from it are not that great. The main benefit of the armor is in the base stats.
