yeah i hope too..i just received my credits and i wanted to make all my stuff +15 add gs and do armfusion..i log out and when i came back all the items were +0 without manastones and gs and the gsword wasn't fusioned and i lost the the stones that i used to enchant my stuff!!

and yea 2 gms and 1 senior am and 2 trainees read that and no1 answered!!

yeah tnx mate..going to sleep i hope some1 will answer and help me not just reading my post and ignoring it like some gms already did..i donated 200 dollars for that stuff and i had to work all last week after school for that money!!

I understand and i hope that your issue gets fixed... but you are active enough on forums to see that there are 50+ posts every day about missing items/enchantments. So i think it is very risky to donate such amount of money while nothing has been solved yet.

Even when you receive your items back, they may be gone again a few hours later...

 

You're not the only one with this problem. Send Alente a PM and wait for him to get back at you.

I know it sucks, and I wish you luck in getting your items back.

Hmmm, you purchased all of those items within 3 minutes? Well, you have the SS's, contact a senior GM to investigate and he/she'll add the items that you lost back into your bag. Dont worry ^_^
