Left door is the group challenge and what ive hear its bugged for the insignias
u should take the right door its a solo challenge and u get arround 500 each run

what program ??

 

To Clarify this some.
The Empyrean Crucible instance is currently shut to players due to a few bugs that crept up in it. (Left Hand door)
The Crucible challenge is still avaliable to players who are of the appropriate level. (Right hand door)

If you are still having issues with this, you might need to repair your client to fix it if a relog does not work for you.
