We are not becoming more understanding of each other, that's a fallacy. Every day humans/we become greedier and we want more and more, we exploit, deceive and kill each other in order to have access to natural resources. Powerful governments use smaller countries and fight them into submission, there is no equality, and no hopes for a better future. Sure technology is advancing and all that crap that the media feeds us, but what good does it do to have 20 new phones in a year when there are a million new things that can kill us.
Nationalism is increasing every day , instead of working together to cure diseases or save lives we work against each other , it plagues and deters the development of the human race as a whole and will be what destroys us once and for all.
Lets face it, at the rate that we are going there is no future, and the human race will not improve, only deteriorate itself
