    is there any GM online:andy:?i have been reporting illegal flyers in heiron ever since but it seems that there is no action taken against them,i dont know if Elyoses are stronger than the GM's or they simply have connections with them or its a matter of not having any power over Elyos.. im just asking,coz in beluslan whenever there are illegal flyers ull see that they are caught and imprisoned.. kindly give some answers to this..:bandit:
