Ilost my gears

I lost my gears on my accounts. GM pls help me

 

First, don't double post.

Second, if you have lost gear that means someone probably hacked your account. Never give your account information to anyone, and never go to sites that are called Aion Hack or etc. they only give your account info to someone who then goes into your account and takes all of your things. If you have any proof that you had your items (like a ss or video) then there is a small chance you will get them, but i really doubt it.

P.S. when you are posting this thread it would be better if you give some more information.^^

 

Considering the chances of being hacked are slim to none, outside of sharing accounts and or attempting to use third party programs or websites to vote (outside of GamezAion.com voting links). You are willfully giving out your account information for others use, there is no hacking to be done there.

As those are the only way 99% of the users lose their items in the first place and in doing so there is no refunding of items lost. The other 1%? Deletion of items, again no refund due to user error. Mailing the items / handing them to someone else then claiming you were 'hacked'. Which in that case there is no refund and considering the severity of that, well. Yea.

Either way, just saying that you lost all your items is vague and provides little to no information. Seeing how I also just deleted the other thread you have made, any more threads on this subject outside of forum private messages, now let me remind you not to spam me with non-sense. As that will result in bad things. You are more than welcome to send me a PM with as much information as possible.
