im bugged on this forum

can anyone pls tell me why do i see CLOSED TREAD all the time here?

is it just me??? am i alone ???? what is this on my finger? ups i get distracted a lot

 

For the first two there's a link that takes you to a form you fill out once you fill it out you submit it and your reply appears as everything you filled out in the form. As for the second link its bugged for a bunch of people.
