im dealing with a small problem here

you see, i quit playing because of school matters (bad grades, too much gaming lack of sleep, sleeping during lectures...) but now that ive dropped out i want to play again. now comes the problem.

when opening my NCsoft thingy, it said i had to update my AION client, which i did. everything got downloaded and the NCsoft thingy said 'ready to play'. so ofcourse i press play, everything goes well untill i have to log in
i verified my log in info on the site (so i couldnt be wrong on my log in info) and when i entered my log in name and pass it said 'Password and Username do not match (2)'
all panicky i went back to the site to REverify my log in info, i even changed my pass and then i tried again, same problem. i even checked my NCsoft thingy again, 'ready to play'

So what i want to ask is this : is the server offline or do i have to download something else in order to be able to play?

u dont press play u tried logging into the retail server, u need the gamez aion launcher and use that one

btw "now that uve dropped out" u really might wanna try do something with ur life other than gaming...

although being able to log in, i got a new problem, something about no server. it ended with (6) anyone knowing how to deal with this?

Edit : wait i think i got it. downloaded the new launcher and works perfectly now

is there anything else i should download from the 2.7 in order for my client to run smoothly?

No Server issue, is a client localization issue. Make sure your Region is set to North America.
