as what i see..
leaving your GM account unbanned wasnt your fault. but logging it in was.. you have to admit that it was a risky move .. but.. as far as you posted.. you didnt have any bad intentions [and didnt do anything harmful] w/ the gm account and you don't have any problems from them banning it.

hence, that issue was dealt with.. the gm account was banned.

As far as your Regular account, if it was just misunderstood [since it was banned out of mistake] [similar name w/ gm account] then i think banning it was just wrong [unless there are some grounds / reasons behind it ].

hence, you are a free man unless proven guilty..


BUT my thoughts wouldnt matter. im just a regular player.

 

By all means, go ahead. I'm still trying to figure out why this can't be handled in a lower level of the chain of command, but if Carl actually moves faster than the GM team, sure, forward it to him.

 

So why is there an actual staff? If everything has to go through Carl then whats the point of having AMs and GMs?

 

Because they didn't originally ban him, therefore they can't unban him. This isn't for them to deal with unfortunately. Autumn is ex-staff and therefore needs to be dealt with by higher ranking staff.

 

follow up question.. who banned Autumn's account (the regular one)...
