im having a problem with mail

Dear admin, Gamez staff, fellow furomers and gamers:

3 days past ago, i had traded a craft mount which is sharptooth airspike. Since i want to use it in my other toon (same account) i used express mail to send it since account warehouse does not work for transferring that mount. When i log on my toon and open the mail i got disconnected from the games. Always disconnecting whenever i open my mail. Im Vip and my Mail is not full. I think its a bug. Is there any way to fix and get it back my mount? Thanks Forward and have a nice day.

 

there is an updated item pak for mounts to be store in an account WH. well u didnt check it. so deal with it. u cna never get it back.

Of course there should be a way to get it back,i think AMs can fix that problem.
