if i dc and log back in ill be high above the map and have to glide down, should i be jailed for that lol?

 

That happened to a party member of mine once and he glided on top of a mountain and kisked. I didn't even kisk, I just killed 2 people and their kisk(omg they were up there too but didn't get jailed?) and was about to jump down. I swear ever since I made an Elyos every aoe I do I'm hitting an AM.

Fact is buddy, you aren't allowed to free fly in ingi or gelk. Seeing you glided there from a high point gained by free flight, it is not allowed. So please stop moaning about it and accept your sentence...

p.s. The reason an AM got you is because I reported you and since we showed how to get up there the legit way, we weren't jailed.

anyways, About your problem.. I agree with you, How can they make this Jailable?
I mean all he did was use his head to get to the location he wanted via Gliding .

i mean i would even do the same cause I think its part of the game and noone even cared to fix it if its a bug.

 

last time i checked that wasent ilegal cuz u can fly past the flying barrier but server checks claps ur wings when u go out of range but u can fly really high then glide anywhere on the map which shouldnt happen being a bug or not theres shouldnt be a rule for this yet, perhaps to avoid ppl geting jailed for hours out of the blue i would suggest puting a sticky note on the forums explainign the bug and the penalty for exploiting it ? its better than being so desinformed. but for this flying bug the um retail barriers are way too anoying on pvp like way too anoying its even hard geting out of the dam places so i would sugest raising up the barriers a little more but not enough so ppl would fly to the mountains and stuff bah i dun think gms would go through this trouble.. cuz its easier to jail or bann ppl for it its like a gamble really u bann them then if they quit u loose money but if they dun quit and make other chars they buy items again ( more money for the server ) yay not sure how that works and im talking too much right ? oh wellz

 

No the fact is buddy you can't prove I used free flight to get there (which I didn't since my wings got clipped anyways). I glided there legitly and didn't get a chance to show how I got there (even though many others, you can even check Siel, know how to do it).

I'm not accepting an unfair jail because a SM qq'ed to a gm because they died and I killed their kisk.

 

Assuming your Wander. Considering, this would make sense relative to the point of 2 asmos and a kisk.

Those Two Asmo's happened to show me how they got there. Via A Legit route.
