Im unable to start trading

    So I decided to start to level up my trading skill but Bahar and all of the other trading NPCs are telling me "You cannot sell trade items here" I'm not trying to sell items, I'm trying to buy them, and my inventory is completely empty btw.

    Please let me know if I'm making a stupid mistake.
