imperial delivery limit

Hello,

i have a question about the limit of boxes i can turn in with imperial (crafting) delivery
i have 601 energy, meaning i should be able to turn in 300 boxes in imperial delivery
but it only allows me to deliver 213
at first i was thinking its becuase the 200mil limit that we got when imperial delivery was "re-allowed"
but then it dosnt add up cause with 213 boxes you can get max of 171 mil ...

so is this some sort of BDO limitation, GameZ limitation, bug or ???

Yeah, limit is based on CP, not energy.
