Improved Weapon's Quest -- Missing Location Debilkarim's Forge

AM Please help about this quest -- i already have the 4-requirements1 pc Special Shulack Refiner1 pc Blessed Aurium Ingot1 pc Vorpal Essence1 pc Noble Siel's Supreme Weapon [ from Queen Moqua Taloc ]But Tatak NPC in Rhonnam Village is not allowing me to finish the quest... i must go to Debilkarim's Forge to Trade my Recipe... Please AM help on this... this is my 2nd week doing this quest and i hope to finish this.I will wait for AM to help me... thank you very much...i already search google and aiondatabe... and im already waiting inside LUT... i search around for any responding DEBILKARIMS FORGE near the boss itself... but still cant find the right location...Thanks again.If you happen to read this is online and willing to help me... pls help me AM or SAM .. I'm not sure why its not working for you, and I'm not in game either, but perhaps one of the AMs in game will see this and help you. Just .gmlist to find one of them.
